9/17 is the first book released in what is planned as a Jim Simons series set in 2001. “Sanctioned” will be the second book released set in 2003. The Prequel “Payback” is set in 1991 and tells the story of Jim Simons’ early days. The remaining books planned for the series are “Crises” set in 2006, “Bratva” set in 2017 and “Virus” set in 2020.
